- Accurate healthcare records and reports
- Assessing, planning and evaluating the nursing care plan
- Wound dressing and IV therapy
- NG tube feeding, PEG tube and tracheostomy care
- Urinary catheter care and oral toileting
- Oxygen administration
- Bed bathing and pressure area care
- Regular monitoring of vital signs
- Palliative and respite care
- Coordinating care with other healthcare professionals
What changes the price.
- Level of care — companionship costs less than specialist clinical care
- Frequency of visits — more regular visits lower the hourly rate
- Visit length and time of day — nights, weekends and public holidays carry a premium
- Location and travel outside our core coverage areas
